Bathroom Makeover {4th of July Weekend}

Hello to all my wonderful readers. Can you believe I have been MIA for 3
months?? I can!! Things were totally crazy at the end of the school
year, and got completely out of control.
So here I go again trying to
get my blog back up to speed. However I will say that I am still
getting several hits a day, so THANK YOU to all my lovelies out there
supporting this girl!!!
Friday July 5th I woke up feeling like I needed a project. I had no idea what that would look like, I just knew I wanted to get something done.
About 2 hours later my sweet hubby came up to me and said (and I quote) “we should paint the bathroom today” DING! I think it’s all because a couple of our friends have just had new shower installations by AHM, and he’s probably feeling a bit jealous. But, did he really just offer to DIY something we have already done in the past? He’s totally caught the bug. So off we went to Home Depot to grab some paint.
Here are the before and after photos of the space. We only have 1 bathroom right now, and tried to keep it as “mature” as we could, while still serving as the kids bathroom. We are looking to make it look more classy in the future, which is why we are going to purchase Phoenix Tapware from Mimi Coco. The current look is more of a sophisticated child… if that’s even possible. haha
