Carnival Party {With Shine}

Today we were FINALLY able to celebrate our daughters 7th Birthday.  Her actual birthday is on May 4th, but life happens and our attention was needed elsewhere.
However, the original party date that we had to cancel got rained out anyways, so I consider it a blessing in disguise.  Right?
We did a carnival party for my nephew in September, and my daughter had so much fun that she wanted the same thing.  So this mom got creative and came up with ways to add some girly flair.
Pictures say a thousand words, so please enjoy them.  And if you have any questions about details, please do ask!

Now this momma is exhausted.  Time to take a hot shower, and put my feet up!!
Thanks for stopping by!!
p.s.  I love comments…. just sayin’  😉

    Holy cow, that party looks amazing! You did an awesome job on everything (especially those pinwheels and the bunting- adorable)!

    Also, you have me craving a big dill pickle now. I used to love getting those when I was a kid!

    First of all, I love bunting, so my heart skipped a little beat when I saw your banner at the top. Secondly, I love theme parties, especially carnival themed!! I wanted to do a carnival themed wedding but got little support on that so we went traditional (which was probably for the best). 🙂

    I bet you were exhausted after organizing and holding this amazing celebration! Having a carnival party is an amazing idea, not only because your daughter wanted it so, but because its festive theme makes an excellent scheme if you want to assure all your guest (kids and adults alike) will enjoy the party. Perhaps you could share us some tricks about how you pulled off this party. Thanks for sharing!

    WOW..WOW..WOW. Creative and so fun. Do you mind sharing the measurements & how-to build the game backdrops please. That is a genious idea. I'm looking for quick, easy DIY for our autumn fest coming up and need to work on it fast. Thank you!

    How did you assemble the backdrop frames behind the games? I am trying to find a thrifty way to have "booths" and your idea looks a lot easier on the pocketbook than some I have seen!
